June 11, 2012 Joe joined Stephen Allaire of Bristol, CT, in a presentation entitled “Spousal Protections and the Treatment of Annuities.”  The subtitle of Joe’s portion of the presentation was “Are You Ready?”  Joe covered Lopes v. Starkowski, a case pending in the Second Circuit of the US Court of Appeals, and its consequences for elder law attorneys.
