Joe Cipparone will give a talk on the taxation, structure, and Medicaid treatment of annuities at a seminar entitled Practical Tips in Elder Law. The seminar is sponsored by the Connecticut Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and will be held at the Keeney Center in Wethersfield, CT on October 19, 2012.
