On March 4, 2014, at 7 p.m., Joe Cipparone will join Judge Nicholas Kepple and Attorney Jeanette Dostie at the Mystic & Noank Library for Part IV of a four-part series called “Demystifying Probate and Estate Planning.” Judge Nicholas Kepple will moderate the program which will focus on how to help loved ones who are unable to care for themselves. The program will cover strategies for dealing with incapacity and Title 19 (Medicaid) Planning. The Mystic & Noank Library, Groton Library, the Southeastern Connecticut Regional Probate Court, the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut and the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut sponsor this series.
