On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, Jack Reardon will testify on behalf of CT NAELA before the Human Services Committee of the Connecticut General Assembly, in support of HB5324, a bill that would require the Department of Social Services to collect certain information to help implement an increase to the community spouse protected amount (CSPA) under the Medicaid regulations.
